U14 Girls win at the Schools Indoor Rowing Championships 2008

Nov 5th saw the Killorglin Rowing Club travel to the National Rowing Center in Cork for the Irish Schools Indoor Rowing Championships 2008. There was great representation from schools from all parts of the country and the competition was fierce with excellent times being recorded.

The Killorglin U14 team of Maeve Mc, Meabh O, Caoimhe O’Sullivan and Cliodhna Ross representing the Carnegie School won their category.

The boys teams did very well with excellent times but were pipped by the teams from the Cork schools of Presentation Brothers and Christians.
