All Ireland Coastal Regatta 2009

Welcome from the first day’s racing at the All Ireland Coastal Regatta 2009 hosted by Waterville Rowing Club. Killorglin Rowing club had an excellent day racing in the heats with one final being contested. Here’s a summary of the results from the first day and here are some photos

U21 ladies final won by Killorglin.

We qualified for the finals of the u12 girls, vet ladies, u12 mixed, senior mixed, u14 girls, u16 boys, u16 ladies, pre vet ladies, u18 ladies, u18 boys and the intermediate ladies. I had to leave the regatta after this so not sure how the last few heats went.

Waterville Regatta 16 Aug 2009

Killorglin Rowing Club did excellently at Waterville Regatta 2009.

Here’s a summary of the results, photos to follow soon!

We had wins in U12 girls, u16 girls, senior mixed, u18 boys, u21 ladies, u21 boys, junior men, and senior ladies. We had 2nd place finishes in the senior men, u12 mixed, pre vet mixed and the  u14 girls. Not bad preparation for the All Irelands next weekend.
