Good luck to everyone who is starting their state exams tomorrow and in particular our rowers who work hard on managing both – the studies and training!
Don’t forget to keep your body active during the exam period – exercise helps to reduce stress and energise the mind! It is recommended that you exercise 30min after school – prior to study and again 30min in the evening (a short study break). You will feel reinvigorated after exercise and it will help to relieve the clutter in the brain.
