What fantastic pictures – great memories. I can add a few captions if you want. Well of the one i was involved on or know about.
Top Middle: All the Killorglin members at the All Ireland in Union Hall, Cork (Don’t know exactly when but mid 90’s)
Top Right: The Senior Men’s crew from Killorglin after winning the 3rd All Ireland Senior Men’s Four Oar in a row!
2nd Row, Left: Killorglin RC’s first ever Seine Boat crew, victorios in their maiden race on the Laune, (2000 i think)
4th Row, Right: The unbeaten Junior Men’s Crew of 1998 (pretty sure about that). From left: Eamonn Clifford, Richard West, Maurice Sheehan, Pat (Squire) O’Connor and Humphrey Jones
5th Row Left: The very successful Senior Men’s & U21 Crew of 2000. Only lost one Senior Men race in South Kerry that year, finishing second in Waterville. Winners of the All Ireland Under 21 race in Wexford that year (4 in a row for KRC) and finished 2nd in the Senior Men’s race. The average age was 20.
Cox: Fiola Foley,
Stroke: Kevin Daly
3: Daniel Murphy
2: Ollie Jaegermann
Bow: Humphrey Jones
Hope that helps! It is great to see the old photos, especially of that 2000 Senior Crew. If you have anymore can you please forward them on to me!
Good luck and well done on the new site. It’s much better than the old one (I should know, I made the old one but i hadn’t updated it in years!)

just wondering do all new rowers get christened like the way we did, well actually i tell a lie , Paul Sheehan and Daniel Murphy never managed to throw me in off the Pier! ha ha
